PARTNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• The owner/President of the company is seasoned in Human Resources or Finacial Services and has experience working registered companies
• Has passion, interest, and drive to grow HR and Accounting Services Jamaica/North America.
• Has knowledge of the Human Resources or Accounting industry, and competitive landscape.
• Has ambition and focus to become a key player in the HR and Accounting consultancy .
• Able to develop distribution (sales,  activation/demos, branding, canvassing team) in accounts in key areas.
• Strong management (reach, optimization, customer service) of accounting and HR platforms.
• Strong brand marketing (digital, social media, PR, etc.)
• Management and sales team should the ability to sell and market our products successfully in the market while being passionate about the many services that Shadrok offers

Preferred type of companies:

• Strong track record in HR and Accounting Services with an established base of accounts to grow.
• Strong brand and business portfolios of HR and Accounting Services that cater to the target consumer.
